ShineX Tec Inc. is currently in the process of applying for licensure as a Private Licensed Career School with the New York State Education Department, Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS), and registration as an eligible training provider with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL).

Enrollment & Payment Disclosure

In strict compliance with New York State regulations, ShineX Tec Inc. does not currently offer state-licensed career training programs, nor do we guarantee employment or specific career placement outcomes upon course completion.

Any payments collected at this time are solely for non-credit, introductory professional development workshops, open-source educational resources, or corporate training consultations. Formal enrollment in career-track certificate programs will only be made available to the public upon receipt of formal institutional licensure from the state of New York.
