ShineX Tec Inc. is not licensed, approved, registered, or accredited by the New York State Education Department or the Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS). ShineX Tec is not registered as an eligible training provider with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and is not NYSDOL-eligible. ShineX Tec is not accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.

A pending, planned, or future application for licensure, approval, registration, accreditation, or NYSDOL eligibility is not an approval and does not confer any of those statuses.

Enrollment & Payment Disclosure

ShineX Tec Inc. does not currently offer state-licensed career training programs. Any payments collected at this time are solely for non-credit, introductory professional development workshops, open-source educational resources, or corporate training consultations. Formal enrollment in career-track certificate programs will only be made available upon receipt of formal institutional licensure from the state of New York.
